The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task: Performance Of Construction Works Aimed At Adapting The Building To Applicable Regulations In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction Design For A Replacement Building A - State Vocational University Of Warsaw. Prof. Edward F. Szczepanik In Suwałki In The Scope Of Adjusting The Ventilation In The Building And Carrying Out A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Roof Consisting In Replacing The Insulation And Roofing With Adjusting The Drainage And Insulating The Superstructure Constituting The Engine Room And The Roof Exit And Other Works Required Under The Indicated Activities.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Adaptation Of Ventilation, Including: - Preparatory, Disassembly And Demolition Works, Including Drilling Holes In The Ceilings, - Installation Of New Ventilation Stacks, Including Raising Chimneys In The Roof Area, - Finishing Works, 2) Replacement Of Insulation And Roofing, Including Insulation Of The Superstructure Constituting The Engine Room And The Exit To The Roof, Including: - Preparatory, Demolition, And Dismantling Works, - Roof Insulation - Epdm Membrane Or Equivalent, - Insulation Of The Superstructure, - Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Superstructure (Excluding The External Wall Facing The Main External Wall Of The Building), - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, - Finishing Works.3. Place Of Construction Works: State Vocational University Of Warsaw. Prof. Edward F. Szczepanik In Suwałki Ul. Noniewicza 10, 16-400 Suwałki.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Including The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Annex No. 9 To The Swz, The Contract Template.5. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Opz, Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.6. The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Completed Construction Works Is At Least 60 Months From The Date Of The Official Acceptance Of The Works.7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requireme
