1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In Laboratory Room No. 041 And The Replacement Of The Water And Sewage System. The Task Includes General Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Works. The Scope Of General Construction Works Includes: Partial Replacement Of Plasters, Execution Of Gypsum Plasters, Plasterboard Casings, Installation Of A Homogeneous Pvc Lining, Replacement Of The External Gate And Stair Railing, Installation Of Polycarbonate Boards And Painting Works. The Scope Of Electrical Works Includes Securing Existing Cables And Electric Wires, Replacing Room Switchboards, Building A Lan Network And Installing A Three-Phase Installation To Power A New Set Of Rst 5 Sockets. As Part Of The Sanitary Works, The Central Heating Installation Will Be Replaced. And Partially Water And Sewage System In The Room And Water And Sewage Line.2. Order Completion Date: Up To 105 Days From The Date Of Handover Of The Works. The Ordering Party Expects To Hand Over The Work Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
