As Part Of The Task Modernization Of The Ground Floor And Staircases In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Kamień Krajeński, Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Kamień Krajeński, Including The Modernization Of Public Spaces On The Ground Floor And Vertical Communication, Aimed At Increasing The Accessibility Of The Facility For People With Disabilities And Enabling Them To Independently Use Public Services. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Preparation Of The Surface By Using Leveling And Smoothing Compounds; 2) Construction Of New Floor Surfaces Made Of Plastic (Pvc) Carpet With Anti-Slip And Matte Properties, Ensuring Safe Movement And Limiting The Risk Of Slipping; 3) Execution Of Plastering And Painting Works On Walls Using Colors That Improve The Legibility Of Space And Orientation, Including A Clear Distinction Between Wall And Floor Planes; 4) Execution Suspended Coffered Ceilings, Enabling Organization Of The Space And Improvement Of Acoustic And Visual Conditions;5) Installation Of New Lighting Ensuring Uniform Illumination Of Communication Routes, Reducing The Glare Effect And Improving The Comfort Of Movement For People With Visual Disabilities;6) Replacing Internal Doors On The Ground Floor With Doors With Appropriate Passage Clearance, Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Along With The Elimination Of Thresholds And Leveling Of Level Differences Within Door Openings, In Order To Ensure Free And Safe Movement 7) Replacing The Entrance Door To The Building With A Door With Appropriate Passage Clearance And Technical Parameters Ensuring Easy, Safe And Independent Use By People With Disabilities, Along With Adapting The Entrance Area And Eliminating Threshold Barriers; 8) Making And Installing Information Boards With Markings In Braille, Supporting Orientation In Space For People With Visual Disabilities; 9) Installing Wipers; 10) Replacing Window Sills; 11) Replacing Radiators; 12) Carrying Out Surface Modernization Works Stairs, Through The Use Of Solutions That Improve Operational Parameters And Safety Of Movement; 13) Installation Of Handrails That Increase The Stability And Safety Of Users, Run Continuously And Ensure Comfort Of Use For People With Disabilities.
