1. The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road - Ul. Kamionkowa In Lgota, Trzebinia Commune, Length Approx. 0.970 Km. As Part Of The Road Reconstruction, The Necessary Earthworks Will Be Performed, Including The Removal Of A Layer Of Fertile Soil (2,910 M2) And Channeling (873 M3) With Removal Of Excess Soil, As Well As A Two-Layer Crushed Stone Foundation. 25 + 15 Cm, With An Upper Layer Made Of Non-Marking Aggregate, Without Clay Fractions (2910 M2). The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Task Is Specified In The Attached Bill Of Quantities And The Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Based On These Documents, A Price Offer Should Be Prepared. The Location Of The Road Section To Be Reconstructed Is Shown In The Graphic Attachment. Designating A Place For The Removal And Storage Of Excess Soil From Drainage - Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Costs Associated With This, Including Possible Disposal Costs, Should Be Included In The Offered Price. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Organize Construction Facilities For His Needs And To Mark And Secure The Work Site In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As To Prepare A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Completed Scope Of Works, Introducing Changes To The Resources Of The District Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center In Chrzanów. Confirmation Of The Surveying Activities Performed Will Be A Copy Of The Current Base Map Issued By Podgik, Including The Changes Made, Provided To The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An As-Built Surveying Inventory Electronically Or On A Cd In Dwg Or Dxf Format. Costs Related To Fulfilling These Obligations Will Be The Contractors Costs And Therefore Should Be Included In The Offered Price.2.
