1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Replacement Of The Gas Furnace In The School Complex In Łobżenica.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Order Includes Delivery And Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order To The School Complex In Łobżenica, Ul. Złotowska 15, 89-310 Łobżenica.4. Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Min. 24 Months (Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz). 5. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damage That May Occur In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Has The Following Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Works: 1) The Detailed Work Schedule Should Be Agreed With The Director Of The School Complex In Łobżenica, 2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Works Be Carried Out In A Way That Is As Least Disruptive To The Use And Functioning Of The School Complex In Łobżenica, 3) The Area Must Be Properly Secured, 4) All Materials, Devices And Equipment Must Be Secured Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, 5) The Area Must Be Tidied Up Every Day After The Completion Of The Works. 6. Some Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters.7. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Manufacturers, They Are Used To Determine The Desired Standard Of Order Execution. The Contractor May Offer An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Of The Indicated Equipment.8. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. 9. The Delivered Item Must Be New, Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fairs. The Delivered Heating Boilers Must Be Complete And Must Have The Certificates And Documents Required By Law Or The Manufacturer, Authorizing Its Use. The Delivered Heating Boilers Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, And Must Also Comply With Polish Standards.10.
