Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services At The Headquarters Of The Scena Stu Krakow Theater In 2026/2027. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. The Price Is A Lump Sum. The Contractor Should Provide The Price For One Month Of Service Provision And The Total Price For 12 Months Of Service Provision. 4. The Service Will Be Settled Monthly Based On The Invoice/Bill Issued By The Contractor.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Area Intended For Cleaning During The Holiday Period, I.E. July And August, In Connection With The Periodic Exclusion Of Some Rooms From Use, E.G. Due To Renovation Or Holiday Break. The Contractors Remuneration For The Month In Which The Area To Be Cleaned Is Reduced Will Be Reduced By A Maximum Of 50%.
