1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Development Of The Boulevards. Fr. Dr. Stanisław Hałko On The Biała River Along With Authors Supervision. 2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, 2) Obtaining All Necessary Materials, Technical Conditions, Necessary Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements Required By Law, 3) Developing The Concept And Complete Design Documentation, Which Should Include All Construction Works In Accordance With The Law, 4) Obtaining The Acceptance Of The Concept By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Compliance With The Functional And Utility Assumptions, In The Scope Of The Adopted Solutions And Construction Materials Planned To Be Used, 5) Obtaining The Acceptance Of The Design Documentation By The Ordering Party, 6) Preparing Materials For The Application For Issuing A Decision Authorizing The Felling Of Trees And Shrubs, Taking Into Account Replacement Plantings, Developing A Planting Design (If Necessary),7) Developing Materials And Obtaining A Water Permit (If Necessary), 8) Design Development Regarding Solutions To Remove Identified Conflicts Between The Planned Investment And Elements Of The Areas Infrastructure Or Implementing The Necessary Security Measures Based On The Conditions Obtained From The Owners,9) Submitting An Application And Obtaining A Decision From The Conservator Of Monuments,10) Preparing And Submitting An Application In The Department Of Architecture Of The Białystok City Hall And Obtaining A Building Permit, 11) Submitting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Applications And Notifications Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Relevant Authorities, Institutions And Persons, 12) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Decisions, Permits, Consents, Confirmations, Opinions, Arrangements And Positions Of Administrative Bodies And Other Relevant Bodies, Institutions And Persons, To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, 13) Updating Investor Cost Estimates, No More Than Twice, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Deadlines Specified By The Ordering Party, Not Shorter Than 14 Days From The Written Notification Of The Need For Updating By The Ordering Party, 14) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Rules For Implementing Authors Supervision Are Specified In The Agreement, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
