The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network With A Total Length Of Approx. 403 M Of Pvc Pipes Ø200 Mm Along With 16 Sewage Wells; 2) Obtaining For The Ordering Party The Right To Use The Constructed Network In Accordance With The Construction Law; 3) Road Surface Reconstruction Works, Under Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Compact And Harden The Road In The Excavation Trace Or, Alternatively, On A Larger Area If The Existing Road Hardening Is Destroyed During The Works; Additionally, The Contractor Will Perform And Deliver At The Final Acceptance Stage The Results Of Soil Compaction Measurements (Density Min. 1.0), At Least 1 Measurement For Every 100 Meters Of The Road, In The Excavation Trace;3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In The Specification Of Terms Of Order (Swz), The Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In Tymiankowa Street In Skowarcz, Pszczółki Commune And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annexes No. 8 And 9 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz) Is Auxiliary And Should Not Constitute The Basis For A Valuation Or Claims Against The Ordering Party.4.
