As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Provide Transport For Workshop Participants, 2) Provide A Place For The Workshops, 3) Provide Accommodation And Meals For Workshop Participants, 4) Provide Insurance For Workshop Participants, 5) Develop A Workshop Program, 6) Conduct Workshops On The Date And Place Indicated In The Offer, 7) Provide Teaching Staff With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience, In Accordance With The Swz Requirements, 8) Provide Workshop Participants With Training Materials And Accessories Useful For Participating In The Workshops. 6. Place Of Order Fulfillment: 1) A Facility With The Conditions Required For At Least A Four-Star Hotel 2) A Minimum Of 5 Separate Conference Rooms 3) A Facility Located At Least 25 Kilometers From The Seat Of The Ordering Party Osw No. 2 In Wejherowo (But No Further Than 80 Km From The Seat Of The Ordering Party), 4) A Facility Located On A Natural Water Body (Lake, Bay, Sea), I.E. A Maximum Of 500 Meters From The Coastline, With Direct Access To This Body Of Water, With Access To The Walking Trail 5) Participants Must Stay Overnight In One Facility During The Entire Workshop.
