1 The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Playground With A Plant And Sensory Garden On Plot No. 1293 Located In The Registration Area 0018 Zakrzówek As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program. The Order Includes, Among Others. Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, Small Architecture, Panel Fencing, Construction Of A Sensory Path, Raised Flowerbeds And Planting Trees And Shrubs. 2 The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Delivery And Assembly Of The Following Elements:A) Triple Swing Swing - 1 Pc.B) Carousel - 1 Pc.C) Crocodile Slide - 1 Pc.D) Sheep Rocker - 1 Pc.E) Obstacle Course - 1 Pc.F) Multifunctional Set With A Sandbox - 1 Pc.G) Musical House - 1 Pc.H) Jeep Rocker - 1 Pc.I) Excavator - 1 Pcs.J) Bench With Backrest - 3 Pcs.K) Waste Bin - 1 Pc.L) Board With Regulations - 1 Pc.M) Raised Vegetable Garden - 1 Pc.N) Panel Fence - Approx. 50 M2) Construction Of A Safe Surface Made Of Sand - Approx. 44 M2p) Filling The Sandbox With Sand - Approx. 12 M2q) Construction Of A Sensory Path - Approx. 13 M2r) Tree Plantings - 4 Pcs.S) Shrub Plantings - 10 Pcs.3 All Recreational And Play Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn En 1176.4 Standards. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.5 The Contractor To Whom The Order Is Awarded Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee In Accordance With The Declaration Constituting An Annex To The Contract. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works Is 54 Months From The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor May Propose A Longer Period, Extending The Minimum Period By An Additional 6 Months At Most, Which Will Be Taken Into Account During The Evaluation And Examination Of Offers In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Offer Evaluation Criteria Chapter (Chapter 17 Of The Tor). By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Accepts The Warranty Conditions Contained In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), Which Specifies The Scope Of The Warranty And The Employers Rights As Well As The Obligations Of The Guarantor. Note: When Granting The Warranty, The Contractor Provides Free Warranty Inspections During The Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order, So It Should Include This Cost In The Remuneration. Warranty Inspections Will Take Place At The Request Of The Ordering Party, In The Event Of Detecting Defects Or Failures Covered By The Warranty, After Informing The Contractor Of The Date (In Writing, Including Electronically).6 Within 5 Days Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Entire Task For The Ordering Partys Approval.7 Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Technical Documentation
