The Construction Of A Single-Story Building Of A Village Community Center Without A Basement, In Steel Technology, With A Structure Of Steel Profiles With Walls And A Roof Covering Of Sandwich Panels With A Thermal Core. An Economical Building Under Construction, Energy-Saving, Environmentally Friendly, With Relatively Low Operating Costs. The Building Has Been Designed With Water, Electricity And Sanitary Sewage Connections, Along With A Tight Tank For Liquid Waste. The Building Includes A Social Room, A Sanitary Room And A Main Hall, As Well As Internal Installations: Water Supply, Sewage And Electricity. The Building Is Heated In The Winter And Cooled In The Summer By Installing Air Conditioners With A Heating Function, Which Will Be Powered By A Photovoltaic Installation Designed On The Roof Of The Community Center Building And From The Electrical Installation. Note! The Architectural And Construction Design Includes A Roof At The Village Community Center Building (Fig. No. : A4, A5, And A6). In This Contract Award Procedure, The Ordering Party Refrains From Constructing A Roof At The Community Center Building. The Ordering Party Informs That The Roofing Works Were Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities For The Investment Task In Question. A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) As An Integral Part Of The Swz, Which Consists Of: Architectural And Construction Design With Drawings, Industry Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Stwior, Building Permit, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
