The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Construction Of A Vestibule At The Main Entrance To The Asia And Pacific Museum. Andrzej Wawrzyniak In Warsaw At Ul. Solec 24, In Particular: 1) Organization And Protection Of The Work Front In An Active Or Partially Active Museum Facility; 2) Measurements In Nature, Verification Of Dimensions, Ordinates, Openings, Verticals, Levels And Inter-Branch Collisions; 3) Dismantling, Demolition, Removal Or Protection Of Existing Elements To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Works; 4) Repair, Supplementary, Brickwork, Execution Or Adjustment Of Openings, Preparation Of Substrates And Surfaces;5) Fabrication And Assembly Of The Vestibule As A Light Glass Structure Open From The Top, Together With Automatic Doors, Profiles, Fasteners, Casings And Finishes;6) Delivery, Replacement, Adjustment And Installation Of The Remaining Door Joinery Provided For In The Documentation, Including Veneered Doors, Acoustic Doors, Fire Doors, Doors On Escape Routes And Special Sets;7) Fabrication Or Adjustment Of Glass Structures Designed And Existing Ones, Including System Structures, Structures With Sliding Doors, Automatic Structures And Covering Existing Profiles With Veneer, In Accordance With The Documentation;8) Construction Of Casings, Cladding And Wooden-Veneered Structures Intended As Permanent Elements Of The Interior Architecture, Within The Scope Of Construction And Assembly Works;9) Painting Works And Preparation Of The Surfaces Of Walls, Ceilings And Local Additions After Construction And Installation Works;10) Accompanying Works In The Field Of Power Supply, Control, Ssp, Door Automation, Functional Tests And Handovers, If They Are Necessary For The Operation Of The Elements Covered By This Scope; 11) Acceptance Of Fading Works, Partial Acceptance, Final Acceptance And Submission Of As-Built Documentation. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is (According To The Bill Of Quantities) General Construction Works, Which Include The Following Works: 1) Replacement Of Construction Joinery, 2) Painting Works, 3) Other Works Accompanying, Related To The Technology Of Individual Work Sectors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is A Minimum Of 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Ordering Party Will Additionally Include Points In The Offer Evaluation Criteria For The Extension Of The Warranty Period (Details - See Chapter Xix Of The Swz). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz) Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
