1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Museum Facilities - Łańcut Castle With Gas Fuel For 2027 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary: 09123000-7 - Natural Gas 65210000-8 - Gas Transmission 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Following Legal Regulations: Act Of April 10 1997 Energy Law, Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law Act, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The System And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 15, 2018 On Specific Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuel Trade, And The Act Of December 6, 2008 On Excise Duty And The Act Of January 26 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market In Accordance With The Osd Gas Fuel Tariff, As Well As The Provisions Of The Civil Code, The Provisions Of The Agreement, The Provisions Of The Specification Of Order Terms And The Rates Included In The Offer Form For A Given Consumption Point. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Supply Of Gas Fuel And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services Under A Comprehensive Agreement To The Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - List Of Gas Consumption Points. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, B) List Of Gas Consumption Points - Annex No. 1A To The Swz C) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
