The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of A Bathroom (Area - 15.6 M/2) In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of People With Disabilities At The Local Government Kindergarten No. 1 In Niepołomice As Part Of The Eu Project Wise Kindergarten. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Construction And Installation Works (Water, Sewage, Gas, Central Heating, Installation Of Windows, Doors) - Purchase And Installation Of Equipment Adapted For People With Disabilities, - Execution Of Finishing Works, - Removal Of Rubble. Place Of Execution Of The Order: Local Government Kindergarten In Niepołomice Ul. Kościuszki 23 32-005 Niepołomice; The Manufacturers Names Or Trademarks Used In The Documentation Are Only Used To Specify The Subject Of The Order And To Determine Technical And Functional Standards As Well As To Determine Quality And Technological Standards. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products That Are No Worse In Terms Of Their Quality And Technical Parameters Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Names, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters That Are At Least The Same Or Better Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Name In The Documentation. Requirement For Employment Based On An Employment Relationship. Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Pzp.1. Because The Implementation Of This Order Must Be Carried Out By Performing Activities Under The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code - For The Benefit Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Contractor Or Subcontractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Falling Within The So-Called Direct Costs Based On The Employment Relationship. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers, In Particular: 1) General Construction Works. Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party Should Be Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, At Least For The Entire Period In Which They Will Perform The Above-Mentioned Activities.2.
