The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of A Data Loss Prevention (Dlp) System Aimed At Reducing The Risk Of Data Leakage And Ensuring The Enforcement Of Information Protection Policies In The Following Channels: Endpoint, E-Mail, Www, Cloud Applications, File Sharing And External Media. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Requirements For The Compatibility Of Ict Solutions1. If The Subject Of The Order Includes Or May Include An Ict Product, An Ict Service Or An Ict Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Which, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018. On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Cover An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision.2. If The Contractor Offers Ict Solutions, He Is Obliged To Clearly Identify Each Ict Solution Offered In The Offer, In Particular By Indicating: 1) The Name Of The Solution, 2) The Manufacturer Or Supplier, 3) The Type, Model, Version Or Other Marking Allowing Its Identification, 4) The Function Performed As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract. 3. The Inability To Clearly Identify The Offered Ict Solution Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.4. If The Content Of The Offer, The Documents Submitted With The Offer Or The Contractors Explanations Indicate That The Offer Includes The Solution Referred To In Section 1 Point 1 Or 2, The Offer Is Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
