Preparation Of Design Documentation With Obtaining A Document Authorizing The Implementation Of The Investment And Providing Authors Supervision Services For The Expansion Of The Water Supply Network For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Water Supply Network In The Town Of Gosprzydowa - Area: Granice Tymowskie Description: The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Obtaining The Necessary Materials To Carry Out Design Work, Including A Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes And Obtaining Arrangements And Decisions With Institutions And Bodies The Need For Which Will Arise In During Design Work, B) Preparation Of Design Documentation According To A Previously Developed Concept Agreed By The Ordering Party, C) Obtaining Written, Free Consent To Enter The Plots Covered By The Investment. Consent Should Be Obtained From Persons And Institutions Authorized To Make Decisions In This Regard. These Consents Should Be Prepared In A Way That Provides The Basis For Submitting A Declaration On The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes - In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. The Contractor Will Bear Full Responsibility For The Consents Obtained And Will Submit An Appropriate Declaration In This Regard To The Ordering Party Along With Copies Of The Consents Obtained. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit, On Behalf Of The Gnojnik Commune, A Declaration Of The Right To Use The Real Estate For Construction Purposes For The Investment That Is The Subject Of The Order, D) Obtaining A Document Authorizing The Commencement Of Works In The Field, I.E. (A Valid Building Permit Or Notification, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, In Force During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order), E) Preparing A Draft Response To Contractors Inquiries During The Proceedings For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works - If Such A Need Arises Necessary, The Contractor Will Be Granted A Power Of Attorney To Arrange The Necessary Arrangements And Permits And To Sign Declarations On The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes In Order To Submit An Application For A Building Permit Or To Notify The Construction Site.
