The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchase Of Equipment And Supplies For The Protection Of Civilians And Civil Defense Of The Braniewo City Commune Implemented As Part Of The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment That Is Brand New, Of Appropriate Quality, In Good Working Order, Free From Any Physical Defects As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties, Not Used Or Post-Exhibition. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And To Provide Documentation Regarding The Delivered Subject Of The Order. 5. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.
