Part Ithe Subject Of The Order Includes: Provision Of Basic Sanitary Transport Services In A P Type Ambulance For Ucmmit Patients, Consisting In The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week And Year, I.E. On Average 8 Hours A Month And On Average 26 Km A Month, Transport Of Patients Hospitalized At The University Center For Maritime And Tropical Medicine In Gdynia - Including Collecting The Patient From The Ucmmit Headquarters Within A Maximum Time Of 40 Minutes (Except For Cases Where A Shorter Time Is Declared In The Offer) From The Moment Of Telephone Order (In The Case Of Transports Planned In Advance, Implementation Takes Place In Accordance With The Agreed Time, Without Delays) And Its Transport To The Place Specified In The Medical Transport Order Document With The Participation Of At Least Two Persons Authorized To Perform Emergency Medical Activities, Including A System Nurse Or A Paramedic. The Vehicles Must Be Road Medical Ambulances Of At Least Type B, Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Meeting The Requirements Of The Currently Applicable Standard Pn-En 1789:2021 (Or A Standard Replacing It) Or An Equivalent Standard, • Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And Implementing Acts. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Its Own Dispatch Room, With Telephone Contact Open 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Year, Enabling The Acceptance Of Sanitary Transport Orders From The Ordering Party. The Vehicles Are Not Dedicated Exclusively To The Execution Of This Order, But The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Their Availability In Accordance With The Swz Requirements.
