The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Providing Investor Supervision Over The Investment Including The Implementation Of The Grant Project Entitled: Improvement Of Air Quality Through The Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources For Residents In The Bojszowy Commune. The Project Plans To Install: 183 Photovoltaic Installations With Electricity Storage, 93 Heat Pumps, 89 Energy Storage Units For Existing Photovoltaic Installations And 16 Biomass Boilers.3. The Order Includes Supervision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Over The Implementation Of The Construction Investment (Performing The Duties Of A Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law - Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524).4. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Public Procurement Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Under The Subject Order. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Limit The Possibility Of Participation Of Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector In Terms Of Quantity And Quality. Moreover, The Decision On Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is The Responsibility Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law And The Provisions Therein Stipulating The Obligation For Contracting Entities To Divide The Contract Into Parts.
