The Subject Of The Order Includes The Management And Administration Of The Ordering Partys Premises, Including Cells And Rooms Belonging To These Premises, In Particular: 1) Cells And Rooms Belonging To The Premises With A Total Usable Area Of 559.25 M2; 2) Buildings, Social And Residential Premises Owned By The Ordering Party With A Total Usable Area Of 1,733.48 M2 (Including The Area Of Social Premises Of 1,489.59 M2 And Area Of Residential Premises 243.89 M2);3) Residential Premises Owned By The Ordering Party, Located In Buildings Of Housing Communities With A Total Usable Area Of 1,930.08 M2;4) Residential Premises Included In The Premises Of The Ordering Party, Rented To Natural Persons, With A Total Usable Area Of 805.32 M2;5) Commercial Premises Owned By The Ordering Party, Located In Buildings Of Housing Communities With A Total Usable Area 159.31 M2;6) Insuring Buildings Against Accidental Events, Performing Chimney Sweeping Services Consisting In The Ongoing Cleaning Of Chimney Flues, Performing Chimney Sweeping And Building Inspections, If Related Costs Are Incurred, Each Time Added To The Invoice, In Accordance With The Attached List;7) Carrying Out Ongoing Renovations And Repairs Related To The Maintenance Of Premises And Buildings Owned By The Ordering Party, Necessary To Keep Them In Proper Technical Condition, And Which Are A Burden The Ordering Party.
