The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Repair Of 8 Pieces Of Cysto-Ureterofiberoscopes And 1 Piece Of Ureterenoscope Constituting The Ordering Partys Equipment, Along With The Performance Of All Activities Necessary To Restore The Technical And Operational Efficiency Of The Equipment, Including In Particular: Damage Diagnosis, Labor, Replacement Of Necessary Parts And Elements, Performance Of Efficiency Tests And Preparation Of Service Documentation/Repair Report.2. The List Of Cysto-Ureterofiberoscopes And Ureterenoscopes Subject To Repair Is Included In Appendix No. 2 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right Of Option. The Option Right Consists In The Possibility Of Ordering The Contractor, During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, To Repair A Maximum Of Another 8 Pcs. Of Cysto-Ureterofiberoscopes And 4 Pcs. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Repair Of 8 Cysto-Ureterofiberoscopes And 1 Ureteroscope. The Optional Scope Includes The Repair Of 1 To A Maximum Of 8 Additional Cysto-Ureterofiberoscopes And 4 Ureterenoscopes. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Full, In Part Or Not At All.5. The Option Right Will Be Exercised By Submitting To The Contractor A Unilateral Declaration/Order By The Ordering Party, In Written Or Electronic Form, Specifying The Number Of Cysto-Ureterofiberoscopes And Ureterenoscopes Covered By The Option And The Date And Manner Of Their Submission For Repair.
