The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment, Peripheral Devices And Software To Igipz Pan In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 22 Parts. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To Deliver The Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And To Provide Equipment Maintenance Services During The Warranty Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Equipment That Is Brand New, Complete, Free From Material And Construction Defects And Third Party Rights, And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases.
