1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Collection And Management Of Waste Code 20 01 10 - Clothing, Collected At The Waste Utilization Center Of The Lusatian Communes In Lubań At Ul. Bazaltowa 1. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Manage Waste Code 20 01 10 In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 200 Mg. 3. The Place Of Collection Of Waste Intended For Transport And Management Is The Waste Utilization Center Of The Lusatian Communes In Lubań At Ul. Bazaltowa 1.59-800 Lubań.4. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out Using Transport Organized By The Contractor And At His Expense.5. Loading Of Waste On The Part Of The Ordering Party.6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Upon Notification, Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, With A Minimum Of Five Days In Advance.7. Waste Collection Will Take Place On Working Days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays - Statutory Holidays), From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M..8. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Contractors Offer, Specification Of Order Terms, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Contract.
