1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan.2. The Draft Local Development Plan For The City Of Jasło For The Area Of Produkcyjna And Meblowa Streets Area, Together With The Forecast Of The Environmental Impact And The Forecast Of The Financial Consequences Of Adopting The Plan, Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 17, 2021 Regarding The Required Scope Of The Draft Local Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2404), The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development And Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads, As Well As Other Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. The Boundary Of The Plan Development For The Area Of Produkcyjna And Meblowa Streets Area Should Be Consistent With The Scope Indicated In The Resolution Of The Jasło City Council No. Xxxi/330/2026 Of April 14, 2026 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan The City Of Jasło For The Area Area Of Produkcyjna And Meblowa Streets. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Preparation Of The Subject Of The Contract For Adoption In One Copy In The Traditional Form (A Copy Means: The Content Of The Resolution Constituting The Provisions Of The Local Plan And The Annexes To The Resolution, I.E.: The Graphic Part Of The Plan, The Decision On The Method Of Considering Comments Submitted To The Draft Plan And The Decision On The Method Of Implementing The Investments In The Field Of Technical Infrastructure Included In The Plan, Which Are The Communes Own Tasks And The Principles Of Their Financing) And An Annex In The Form Of Spatial Data, Which Results From Art. 67A Section 5 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538).
