Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Students From The Świdnica Commune To Educational Institutions In The 2026/2027 School Year

1. The Subject Of The Order In Part No. 1 Entitled Organizing The Transport And Return Of Students To Educational Institutions In The Świdnica Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year Is The Transport Of Students To And From Schools According To The Routes Set Out In Annexes No. 8 To No. 13 To The Swz, In A Total Amount Of 80,500 (In Words: Eighty Thousand Five Hundred) Vehicle-Kilometers. The Hours Of Transport And Pick-Up Of Students To And From Schools Will Be Communicated To The Contractor No Later Than August 28, 2026. 2. Buses Intended To Provide Transport Services Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulations On The Admission Of Buses To Traffic Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020 Item 1886, As Amended).3. The Buses Used By The Contractor Must Meet The Following Minimum Technical Parameters: 1) At Least 1 Bus With A Minimum Of 90 Seats And Standing Seats, Equipped With At Least Two Doors, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2006, 2) At Least 2 Buses With A Minimum Of 60 Seats And Standing Seats, Equipped With At Least Two Doors, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2006, 3) At Least 6 Buses With A Minimum Of 75 Seats And Standing Seats, Equipped With At Least Two Doors, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2006.4. The Carrier Is Obliged To Provide Accident Insurance For All Transported Children (Passengers), And The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Accidents And Events Of Any Type Resulting In Bodily Injury Or Death, Or Material Damage Caused By The Carriers Activities.5. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Routinely Inspect Persons And Vehicles Executing The Order, And Reserves The Right To Inspect The Technical Condition Of The Vehicle And The Drivers Sobriety At Any Time By Appropriate Services (Police, Road Transport Inspection).
