Tenders Are Invited For Providing Podiatry Services For Participants Of Projects Implemented By The Social Welfare Center In Oborniki

Provision Of Podiatry Services For Recipients Of Services Indicated By The Ordering Party, Participants Of The Project Integrated Care And Telecare Center In The Poznań Metropolis - Residents Of The Oborniki Commune (Postal Code 64-600). The Basic Order Covers The Provision Of Up To 180 Podiatry Services. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right To Provide Up To 120 Additional Podiatry Services Beyond The Scope Of The Basic Order. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Number Of Project Participants Requiring Support And The Availability Of Financial Resources To Complete The Order. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Execution Of The Order Within The Scope Covered By The Option Law. One Podiatry Service Should Be Understood As One Individual Meeting With A Project Participant Lasting 60 Minutes, Including Conducting An Interview, Assessing The Condition Of The Project Participants Feet, Performing A Basic Podiatry Treatment And Providing Preventive And Care Recommendations. The Services Will Be Provided From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until December 31, 2028 Or Until The Maximum Number Of Services Covered By The Order Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First.
