The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Water Rescue Services At The Facility Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Bolesławiec In The Period From June 26, 2026 To August 31, 2026.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Rescue Services And The Provision Of First Aid Services At The Following Facility: 3.1. Summer Swimming Pool At Ul. Spacerowa 24 In Bolesławiec In The Period From June 26, 2026 To August 31, 2026, The Facility Includes: A) A Recreational And Swimming Pool With A Depth Of 0.95 M To 1.30 M With Attractions: - Water Basketball, - Water Leaves, - Spider Web, - Rushing River, - Water Wave, B) Brine Pool With 1.20 M Deep - Couches With Massages, - Water Geysers, C) Water Playground With A Depth Of 0.01 M To 0.3 Md) Brine Graduation Tower List Of Rescue Service Hours In The Period From June 26, 2026 To August 31, 2026: 1) The Facility Is Open From: June 2026 - August 2026 - Monday - Friday 10.00 - 20.00 - Saturday - Sunday 9.00 - 20.00 2) The Number Of Working Hours Of The Rescue Service At The Facility In Individual Months Is: - June - 312 Hours - July - 1908 Hours - August - 1920 Hours. The Rescue Service Will Be Performed Based On The Work Schedules Provided By Ordering Party. The Schedules Constitute Annex 6 To The Swz. 3) The Offer Form Must Include 4,140 Hours. Rescue Services At The Facility.4. The Water Rescue Service For Mosir Bolesławiec Will Consist In Particular In: A. Ensuring The Safety Of People Using Swimming Pools, Swimming Pools And Other Water Facilities, B. Providing First Aid, C. Control Over Compliance With The Facility Regulations By All Users, D. Performing All Lifeguard Duties;E. Compliance With The Regulations For Using The Swimming Pool, F. Taking Care Of The Rescue Station And Maintaining The Entrusted Equipment, Preventing Any Material Damage To Water Facilities And Swimming Pools, G. Controlling Bathing Conditions (Water, Air, Surroundings) And Recording Threats In The Duty Log And Keeping An Ongoing Rescue Service Log, H. Constant Removal Of Contaminants From The Water Table And Recreational Equipment Located Near/In Swimming Pools
