Tenders are invited for Provision of Refurbishment Services and Osm Upgrade for Phase 3 Power Plant Scope of Work 1. Capital Parts Refurbishment As per current running hours all MS6001B five Gas turbines are due for 32K hrs Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI) in Y2025 and Y2026 and subsequently for Combustion Inspection (CI) after they will reach 48K hrs in Y2028. As per OEM recommendation, all capital spares such as Fuel Nozzles, Cap & Liners, Transition Pieces, 1st, 2nd, 3rd STG Nozzles, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Bucket and Shrouds, shall be sent for repair in authorized workshop so as to be used for the upcoming scheduled services. 2. Supply, Installation and commissioning of On-Site Monitoring (OSM) Hardware Supply, Installation and Commissioning of On-Site Monitoring (OSM) Hardware for RDMS. The Contractor shall provide (Remote Monitoring Diagnostic (RMD) Implementation-CONNECT - redundant On Site Monitoring (OSM) system completed with relevant application software and licenses and 24 Hours Global help desk service including telephonic services.
