Request for proposals for Consulting Firm to Complete the Feasibility Assessment and Project Design for the St. Kitts and Nevis Climate Smart Agriculture Project Budget: Main duty station: US $280,000 (Professional fees inclusive of travel-related expenses) Project Name and number code: Green Climate Fund (GCF) St. Kitts and Nevis Climate Smart Agriculture Project (SKN CSA-P) - PPF 097 To support the development of the full funding proposal for the St. Kitts and Nevis Climate Smart Agriculture Project (SKN CSA-P), the CCCCC has secured project preparation funding from the GCFs Project Preparation Facility (PPF). As the climate finance mechanism established under the UNFCCC framework, the GCF aims to drive a paradigm shift toward low-emission and climate resilient development pathways, offering countries like St. Kitts and Nevis the opportunity to develop and implement climate adaptation initiatives. The PPF ensures that applicant countries have access to the necessary support and information to fairly assess the merits of their proposed projects. In this regard, the CCCCC is seeking a consulting firm to conduct the feasibility study and prepare the associated annexes, which will inform the completion of the full funding proposal. The outputs of this assignment must align with the funding proposal requirements of the GCF, in particular the Programming Guidelines for the Simplified Approval Process (SAP), as outlined in the GCF Programming Manual, the Agriculture and Food Security Sectoral Guide and with the CCCCCs accreditation credentials to the GCF.
