The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Ongoing Repairs Of Street And Road Surfaces In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Polski Trumbesh; All Performed Activities Must Meet The Normative Requirements And Standards In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Relevant Types Of Work. According To Ordinance No. 8121Z-647 Of 2014 - For Objects For Which No Building Permit Is Required - Only Materials With Fire Reaction Classes Corresponding To Those Defined In Ordinance No. Iz -1971 Of 2009 Will Be Used. The Executed Types And Quantities Of Smp Must Be Accepted By The Investor Control Of The Contracting Authority. Declarations Of Origin And Compliance Of The Materials, Certifying The Application Of The Established Standards, Will Be Submitted For All Construction Materials Used. According To Order No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Terms And Conditions For Placing Construction Products In The Construction Sites Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contractor Must Necessarily Comply With The Requirements Of Art. 163 And 163A Of The Law On Territorial Planning /Zut/. The Builder Will Be Responsible For: - The Execution Of Construction And Repair Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 169, Paras. 1 – 3 Zut, As Well As With The Rules For The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site; - The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works With Materials, Products, Products And Others In Accordance With The Essential Requirements For Construction, As Well As For Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Installation; The Builder Is Obliged To Appoint, Under An Employment Contract, A Technically Competent Person To Carry Out Technical Supervision During The Execution Of Current Repairs. For Separate Construction And Installation Works, Specialized Technical Guidance Can Be Carried Out By Other Technically Competent Persons.
