Preparation And Distribution Of Meals As Part Of A Sustainable Food Approach In Municipal Schools - School Years 2026-2027 And 2027-2028. The Objective Is To Offer Children Quality, Seasonal Food, Produced With Respect For The Environment And Health, While Favoring Short Circuits. The Contract Concerns An Estimated Average Daily Quantity Of 130 Meals (I.E. Approximately 80 Hot Meals For Primary Schools, 50 Hot Meals For Nursery Schools) And 50 Soups, To Be Served Each School Day In Schools With The Exception Of Wednesdays, From The End Of August To The End Of June Of Each Of The Two Years.
