The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Modifications And An Extension To The Cultural House No. 820 – Iii. Phase. Proposal In Iii. Stage Was Compared To The Building Permit Dated 26 March 2008, No. 5079-636/Sp/2008 Considerably Reduced. This Reduction Results From A Change In Requirements For The Future Use Of The Building. The Southern Extension Is Reduced To Only Sanitary Facilities For Outdoor Events And Ramp Cover On The 1St Floor And A Storage Room For The Symposion Association On The 2Nd Floor. Uses Such As: Entrance Hall, Auxiliary Stage, Administrators Apartment On The 1St Floor And A Small Hall, Dressing Room With Soc. Equipment On The 2Nd Floor. Building Modifications Include: -South Extension: Floor Plan Dimensions 5.8 X 14.7 M, Height = 7.5 M, ±0.000=240.37 M.A.S.L. On The 1St Floor, A New Social Facility For Women, Men And Immobile Citizens Is Designed For Outdoor Events. There Are Also Two Showers And Toilets. Facilities For Actors - Accessible From The Actors Dressing Room And A Covered Ramp In Front Of The Stage. On The 2Nd Floor There Is A Spacious Room For The Acting Club Symposion And A Warehouse. - The Eastern Extension Is Completely Gutted, Construction Modifications Are Limited To Modifications Of The Internal Layout. -In The Existing Building, A New Air Conditioning System Will Be Installed, Incl. Recuperation And Noise Reduction, New Ut Distribution Incl. Sources, New Water Distribution And Sewerage, New Electrical Installations, Weak Current, Eps, Ezs. The Kd Building Will Be Connected To The New Extension Of The Entrance Part Ii. The Stage Where Only The Elevator Will Be Installed In The Prepared Shaft. -Paved Areas Are Limited To Supplementing Existing Areas From The Already Implemented I. And Ii. Stages Near The South Side Of The Building, Including An Area For Bike Racks, A Partially Paved Area Is Designed On The East Side For The Actors Dressing Room And For The Possible Turning Of Fire Trucks.
