The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Construction, The Subject Of Which Is The Expansion Of The Existing Hantály Controlled Waste Landfill (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Landfill Or Hantály Landfill), Of The S–Oo Group. The Completed Building Will Be Used To Store Mainly Municipal Waste From The Břeclav Region. The Planned Extension Will Connect To The Built Storage In The Northern Direction And Will Be Secured In A Manner Corresponding To The Landfill Category S-Oo, Subgroup S-Oo3 In The Sense Of The Waste Act No. 541/2020 Coll. And Related Amended Čsn Series 838030-36. The Client Emphatically Points Out That The Subject Of Performance Is Only The Construction Of Cassette No. 5 (Stage I).
