The Subject Of The Small-Scale Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Documentation For The Removal Of The Building - Domestic Waste Water Treatment Plants (Presumed Type: Ekona D5 Vs) And Sewage Sewer Connections (Presumed Type: Pvc Kg Dn 150 – Length Approx. 32 M) For The Purpose Of Conducting The Procedure For Removing The Building. The Building Is Located On Plot No. 1467/37 In The District Of Zádveřice - See Attachment No. 1 - Situation Assumed State. The Documentation For The Removal Of The Building Will Be Prepared In Accordance With Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, As Amended And Related Regulations, Especially Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Construction Documentation. The Required Content Of The Documentation For The Removal Of The Building Is Given In Annex No. 10 Of This Decree. The Selected Contractor Will Carry Out A Local Investigation In Cooperation With The Department Of The Building Office Of The Mou Vizovice In Order To Establish The Actual Situation In Detail.
