The Work Shall Consist Of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Incidentals Necessary For The Construction Of A New Air Traffic Control Tower (Atct) Building, Including Associated Demolition, Site Grading, And Drainage Improvements; Installation Of Utilities; Construction Of Bituminous Driveway And Parking Lot Pavement; Installation Of Concrete Sidewalks; Implementation And Maintenance Of Erosion And Sediment Control Measures; And Installation Of Pavement Markings. All Work Shall Be Performed In Accordance With The Plans, Specifications, And Applicable Local, State, And Faa Requirements.
