The Scope Of This Tender Consists Of Two (2) Parts: 1. Setting Up A Landing Zone (Virtualization Infrastructure) And Transferring The Current Virtual Machines And Associated Data As Is. 2. Transition To Managed Private Cloud And Transition To Purchasing Services. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Estimated Assignment Value Of € 16,350,000.00 Excluding Vat (Based On The Entire Term Of Ten (10) Years) Consisting Of Two (2) Parts: 1. Setting Up The Landing Zone And As Is Transferring Current Virtual Machines And Associated Data: O One-Off Costs: € 800,000.00 O Annual Costs: € 1,200,000.00 2. The Transition To Managed Private Cloud And Transition To Purchasing Services: O One-Off: € 50,000.00 O Annual: € 350,000.00 Please Note: • In The Above Contract Value Estimate, In Addition To The One-Off Costs, The Contracting Authority Assumes Annual Costs Calculated Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Because The Contracting Authority Cannot Properly Predict The Transition And Overlap Of The Parts Of The Contract In Advance. Estimate. In Reality The Order Value Is Therefore Lower; • It Is Expected That - During The Term Of The Agreement - The Ratio Of Annual Costs Between Part 1 And Part 2 Will Change/Shift As The Transition Progresses. As Described In The Transition Strategy, This Transition Will Take Place In Phases And Per Application. Some Of The Applications That Are Initially Hosted On A Virtual Machine Will Be Phased Out/Will Be Purchased As Saas Applications And Will Therefore Expire As Such. On Balance, Therefore, A Reduction In Annual Costs Can Be Expected.
