The Municipality Of Moerdijk (Hereinafter: The Contracting Authority) Intends To Digitize Its Physical Construction Archive For The Period 1997–2010. This Project Is Currently In The Preparatory Phase. In Order To Arrive At A Well-Substantiated And Appropriate Structure For Any Tender, The Contracting Authority Wants To Make Optimal Use Of The Knowledge And Experience Available In The Market. This Market Consultation Is Being Organized In That Context. The Purpose Of This Market Consultation Is To Gain Insight Into The Possibilities, Implementation Scenarios And Conditions That Market Parties Use When Digitizing Construction Archives. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Wants To Get A Better Picture Of The Expected Lead Time, Risks And Costs, So That A Realistic Contract Estimate Can Be Drawn Up And An Appropriate Tender Strategy Can Be Determined. This Concerns Approximately 300 Linear Meters Of Archival Material Consisting Of Building Permits And Associated Documents And Drawings.
