The Goal Of The Market Survey / Market Dialogue Is To Obtain Additional Information About The Procurement Target And Clarify Issues Related To Tendering, So That The Procurement Can Be Carried Out In The Most Expedient Manner Possible. The Goal Is Also To Get Comments On, For Example, The Minimum Requirements Set For The Products To Be Purchased And Their Deliveries. The Market Dialogue Does Not Mean Starting A Tender, But Its Purpose Is To Map The Products And Services On The Market And Support The Procurement Unit In The Preparation Of The Procurement. Conducting Market Dialogues Does Not Bind The Procurement Unit To Start A Tender. The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Bidder Candidate To Participate In A Possible Tender, And The Information Presented During The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Bidder Candidate In A Possible Tender. Not Responding To A Request For Information Also Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender, And Responding To A Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. Participants In The Market Dialogue Do Not Have The Right To Receive Compensation For The Work They Do. Bidder Candidates Can Register For The Market Dialogue As Described Later In This Announcement. The Link To The Market Dialogue Will Be Sent To Those Registered For This Market Dialogue Later After The End Time Of This Announcement. The Goal Is For The Call For Tenders To Be Published In September 2026.
