In Addition, The Offer Must Be Accompanied By A Certificate Of The Validity Of The Activitys Liability Insurance, Unless It Appears From The Rala Certificate Or The Reliable Partner Report. The Certificates And Reports Must Not Be Older Than Three Months From The Last Date Of Submission Of The Offers. Certificates And Reports Are Also Checked At The Time Of The Contract From The Contractor With Whom The Procurement Contract Is Concluded. The Work Included In The Contract Must Comply With At Least The Minimum Terms Of Employment That, According To Finnish Law And Collective Agreement Regulations, Must Be Followed For Work Of The Same Quality. The Business And Work Language Of The Procurement Is Finnish. The Work Can Start As Soon As The Contract Contract Is Signed, Approximately On 20 July 2026. The Construction Work Must Be Mostly Completed By 15 December 2026. The Finishing Works, Including Surface Structures And Green Areas, Must Be Completed By May 31, 2027.
