The Object Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Bathrooms At Ruskaniitty 2, A Property Of Espoon Asunnot Oy. The Contract And The Given Property-Specific Total Contract Price Includes/Includes The Works Mentioned In The Work Descriptions And Drawings With Accessories. The Tenderer Undertakes To Carry Out The Services Offered In Accordance With The Bathroom Contract Schedule. To Be Implemented Already Before The Time Indicated In The Contract Program. If The Contractor Is Willing To Implement Part Of The Bathrooms Already Before The Schedule Stated In The Contract Program, The Contractor Must Obtain Written Permission From The Resident On The Basis Of The Espoo Apartments Permit Appendix. The Schedules For These Bathrooms Will Be Agreed Separately. Not All Bathrooms Can Be Completed Before The Time Stated In The Contract Program And The Bidder Undertakes To Complete All The Bathrooms In Accordance With The Contract Program When Giving The Offer, As The Possibility Of Starting Before The Schedule Specified In The Contract Program Cannot Be Promised On Behalf Of The Customer.
