Beauty Care Education Is Organized At The Meritalo Location (Haapaniementie 7-9 A, 00530 Helsinki) And At The Nilsiänkatu Location (Nilsiänkatu 6 A, 00510 Helsinki). Training Is Organized Throughout The Year. The Object Of Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Criteria For The Object Of Acquisition. Two (2) Suppliers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. If There Are No Suppliers Who Meet The Requirements According To The Numbers Mentioned Above, Fewer Suppliers Can Be Selected Or The Procurement Can Be Suspended. Within The Framework Arrangement, The Following Operating Model Is Followed: - Purchases Of Less Than 20,000 Euros Can Be Procured From The Supplier Selected For The Framework Arrangement That Is Most Appropriate For The Need - Procurements Of More Than 20,000 Euros Are Procured In Accordance With The Order Of Priority. The Primary Supplier Is Unable To Deliver The Products In The Schedule Required By The Customer. The Products Offered Must Be Suitable For Educational Use, So That The Products Can Be Used In Pedagogical Use. The Procurement Also Includes Training Of The Offered Products For Teachers And Students. In The Request For Tender And In The Attachments To The Tender. If The Offered Products Do Not Meet The Minimum Requirements Defined In The Criteria For The Object Of Procurement Or In The Appendices Of The Request For Tender, The Tender Will Be Rejected. If The Offer Contains Conditions Contrary To The Request For Tender Or Its Appendices, The Tenderers Offer Will Be Rejected. Individual Products Can Be Added To Or Removed From The Contract If Operational Changes Require It (Minor Contract Changes).
