Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into Framework Agreement(S) For The Purchase Of Work Clothes, Footwear And Protective Equipment For The Gjøvik Region. The Procurement Is Divided Into Five Sub-Contracts. Suppliers Can Submit Offers For One Or More Partial Contracts. The Client Can Award One Or More Subcontracts To The Same Supplier, Or Award Different Subcontracts To Different Suppliers. It Is Not Permitted To Submit Offers For Individual Product Lines Within The Individual Partial Contract. A More Detailed Description Of The Delivery, Including Requirements For Products, Assortment, Delivery, Ordering, Environment, Reporting And Other Requirements, Follows From The Requirements Specification, The Requirements Descriptions, The Price Forms And Other Procurement Documents. The Framework Agreement(S) Are Not Exclusive. The Clients Are Under No Obligation To Purchase A Specific Volume From The Selected Supplier(S), And Estimated Values And Volumes Are Not Binding On The Clients. The Principals Reserve The Right To Cover Needs Outside The Framework Agreement(S) Where This Is Factually Justified, Including For Conditions Not Covered By The Framework Agreement(S), Special User Needs, Urgent Needs, Lack Of Range Availability, Default, Or Where The Procurement Regulations Allow For Other Legal Procurement.
