Framework Agreement On Valuation Services For The Calculation Of Property Tax, For The Petroleum Municipality Network (Npk) . Description The Client Is Nettverk Av Petroleumskommunar (Npk), Which Today Consists Of 8 Member Municipalities: Alver, Aukra, Aure, Austrheim, Bokn, Hammerfest, Tysvær And Øygarden. Aukra Municipality Assists With Ror Procurement (Host Municipality Cooperation Via Molde Municipality) With The Tendering Of The Procurement. Network Of Petroleum Municipalities (Npk) Must Look After The Member Municipalities Interests Related To Large Infrastructure Facilities In The Energy Sector, Including Landing Facilities For Oil And Gas. Npk Shall Work To Ensure The Necessary Political And Legal Framework Around Such Facilities For The Benefit Of The Member Municipalities, And So That The Facilities Value Creation Also Benefits The Host Municipalities. Npk Is An Advisory And Coordinating Network For Landing Municipalities With Oil And Gas Facilities. It Is The Individual Member Municipality That Will Make Calls Under The Framework Agreement. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier (Supplier) For The Member Municipalities Purchase Of Assistance To The Valuation Board/Expert Board For The Valuation Of Oil And Gas Landing Facilities For Property Tax Purposes. The Assignment Will Also Include Any Additional Assessments That Take Place During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Performance Of The Appraisal Must Follow The Requirements Specification (See Appendix 3). The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Three Years With An Option To Extend It By A Further 3 + 3 Years. The Long Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Justified By The Fact That Valuation Is The Basis For Processing In The Legal System Up To The Highest Instance. Such Processes Can Take Several Years, And It Is Appropriate To Be Able To Hire The Same Supplier Throughout The Legal Proceedings. The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Be Worth Around Nok 6 Million, Excluding Vat Against The Background Of Uncertainty Relating In Particular To The Extent Of Assistance For Complaint Processing, The Total Value Of The Contract Is Set At Nok 10 Million, Excluding Vat
