The Subject Matter Of The Public Procurement Is, Under The Conditions And Pursuant To The Procedure Provided For In The Procurement Documents:- The Purchasing Of 1 (One) Bomb Container On A Trailer (Hereinafter The Goods) Complying With The Technical Specifications Set Out In Annex 1 To The Rsd And Its Delivery To The Location Of The Contracting Authority In Tallinn, Estonia;- The Conducting Of User Training For The Personnel Of The Contracting Authority;- The Carrying Out Of Regular Maintenance On The Goods During The Warranty Period (If Prescribed);- The Carrying Out Emergency Repairs To The Goods During The Warranty Period, Together With The Purchase Of Spare Parts For Carrying Out Emergency Repairs;- The Fulfilling The Warranty Conditions.
