Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Simulators For Tartu Applied College

The Subject Of The Procurement Contract Is The Procurement Of Simulators That Meet The Conditions Stipulated In The Technical Description Of The Relevant Procurement Part, Together With Transportation To The Location Specified By The Procurer. The Procurement Contract Is Concluded Separately With One Successful Bidder In Each Part Of The Procurement. The Procuring Entity Has The Right To Reject Tenders On The Grounds And In The Procedure Provided For In § 116 Of The Rhs. The Procuring Entity Has The Right, If Justified, To Declare The Procurement Procedure Invalid On Its Own Initiative On The Basis Of § 73 Paragraph 3 P. 6 Of The Rhs, Including In The Event That The Lawful Continuation Of The Procurement Procedure Or The Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract Is No Longer Possible, Necessary, Or Expedient.
