The Project Is Co-Financed Through The Subsidy Awarded To The Sant Pere De Ribes City Council For The Grant Resolution Of The Single Plan Of Works And Services Of Catalonia (Puosc) For The Period 2025-2029, Resolution Pre/381/2025, Of February 6, By Which The Single Call For Grants Of Subsidies Of The Single Plan Of Works And Services Of Catalonia For The Period 2025-2029 (Ref. Bdns 813736). This Contract Can Be Qualified As A Works Contract, According To The Definition Of Article 13 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), By Which They Are Transposed Into The Law Legal Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014. The Works To Be Executed Refer To A Complete Work, And Are Defined In The Basic And Executive Project That Serves As The Basis For This Tender. However, In Accordance With Article 13 Of The Lcsp, They Are Works Contracts Whose Purpose, Among Others, Is The Execution Of A Work, In Isolation Or Together With The Drafting Of The Project, Or The Performance Of Some Of The Works Listed In Annex I Of The Same Lcsp. The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Basic Technical Project And Executive, With The Conditions Indicated In The Specific Technical Prescriptions (Pptp), The Specific Administrative Clauses (Pcap), Plus Those Offered By The Successful Bidder In Its Proposal, And Generally In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
