The Need For The Contract Derives From The Deficits Detected In The Municipal Supply Network, Consisting Of The Presence Of Bacteria In The Water Of The Tank, Detachments On The Cover, Internal Fissures With Leaks, Inadequacy Of The Access Road For Vehicles And Excess Lime In The Drinking Water, Affecting The Public Network And The Internal Installations Of The Municipalitys Buildings.
