Provision Of Transport Services For The Guardianship Council Of The Municipality Of Rio Tinto/Pb, Through The Provision Of A Passenger Vehicle/Suv Or Similar, With Driver Included, Minimum Capacity For 07 (Seven) Passengers, 05 (Five) Doors, Minimum Engine 1.8, Year/Model 2014 Or Higher, In Perfect Condition Conservation, Safety And Operation, With Free Mileage, Designed To Meet Demands In The Municipality And Rural Areas, On Paved And Unpaved Roads. Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Saturday, Starting At 06:00 And Continuing Until Daily Demands Are Completed. The Fuel Will Be Provided By The Contractor (Municipal Government). The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Duly Qualified Driver, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Tires, Parts, Insurance, Breakdowns, Fines, Regular Vehicle Documentation, Including Updated Crl And Other Expenses Necessary For The Perfect Execution Of The Services., Provision Of Transport Services For Sick Patients From The Rural Area Of The Municipality Of Rio Tinto/Pb To Hospitals, Clinics And Laboratories Affiliated To Sus, Located In Vale Do Mamanguape And João Pessoa/Pb, Upon Provision Of A Passenger Type Vehicle, With Minimum Capacity For 05 (Five) Passengers, Minimum 1.0 Engine, Flex Fuel, Air-Conditioning And In Perfect State Of Conservation And Operation. The Services Will Include Departure From The Municipal Health Department, Departure And Return Of Patients, Including The Vehicles Stay Waiting For Medical Care To End. Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Saturday, Starting At 6:00 Am And Ending Only After All Services Have Been Completed And Patients Have Returned. The Fuel And The Driver Will Be Provided By The Contractor/Bidder, With The Latter Being Responsible For All Expenses With Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Taxes, Vehicle Documentation And Other Operational Costs Necessary For The Perfect Execution Of Services., Provision Of Services By Truck-Type Vehicle, With Wooden Or Metal Body, Minimum Load Capacity 3,000 Kg, Powered By Diesel, Year/Model Not Less Than 2002, In Good Condition And Working Order, Intended For The Municipal Department Of Agriculture Of The Municipality Of Rio Tinto/Pb, For Transporting Materials, Equipment, Agricultural Inputs And Supporting Activities In The Urban And Rural Areas. The Provision Of Services Will Take Place From Monday To Saturday, Starting At 06:00 And Continuing Until The Conclusion Of The Daily Demands Of The Secretariat. Fuel And A Duly Qualified Driver Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor/Bidder. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Lubricating Oil, Labor Charges, Regular Vehicle Documentation And Other Expenses Necessary To Carry Out The Services, With Free Mileage And Availability As Required By The Department.
