The Ministry Is Seeking Information From Telecommunication Service Providers And/Or Communication Service Providers That May Provide Services For Inmates At Our Adult Correctional Institutes (Aci’S) Or Similar Groups Of Individuals Such As, But Not Restricted To Secured Immigration Detainees, Minors In Custodial Settings Or Patients Housed Under Mental Health Legislation In Secure Institutions. Information Collected Is To Better Understand Current And Emerging Capabilities Including A Breakdown Of Costs Associated With Providing These Services. This Eme Is Intended To Inform The Future Offender Telephone Management System (Otms) Procurement Strategy, Technical Requirements, Commercial Approach, And Risk Considerations. Scope Of Work The Exercise Is For: • Participants To Obtain Background Information On Otms And Allow Participants To Present Information On Their Own Otms Or Comparable Business Solutions. • Participants To Gain An Understanding Of The Requirements Of The Ministry. • Create An Opportunity For Dialogue Between The Government And Otms Or Comparable Business Solutions Providers Through Early Engagement To Help Inform The Ministry’S Future Requirements. • Refining The Ministry’S Requirements And Confirm Otms Or Comparable Business Solution Providers Interest In Addressing The Requirements.
