This Rfi Is Seeking Industry Feedback Regarding Potential Solutions Which Meet The Dive Tender Replacement Project Operational Requirements As Listed In Annex A Provided Herewith. The Dtr Build Requirement Is Anticipated To Fall Under The Small Vessel Construction Component, Pillar 2, Of The National Shipbuilding Strategy (Nss). Restrictions-On-Bidding Provisions May Therefore, Apply To The Shipyards Selected By Canada Under Pillar 1 Of The Nss. The Royal Canadian Navy (Rcn) Currently Uses An Existing Fleet Of Granby And Sechelt-Class Vessels To Support Divers In Completing Underwater Tasks That Are Essential To Naval Operations And Public Safety.
